James Bodha
Chief Financial Officer
James Bodha is Chief Financial Officer of Myriad Group AG. He has over 12 years of senior financial management experience with a successful track record in managing business operations in a variety of publically listed companies in the engineering, retail and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Myriad, James was Group CFO at Aircom International, the market leader in mobile network planning and optimisation. During his more than 3 years in that role, he was responsible for building and leading a global finance organisation in line with that company’s 1300 staff in 18 worldwide offices, and improving the company’s financial systems and internal control processes. Before Aircom, James was CFO of the Global Mobile Handset Software Division of Openwave Systems (NASDAQ: OPWV), a NASDAQ-listed mobile software and services company based in San Francisco. His arrival at Openwave followed its acquisition of Magic4, the global market leader in mobile messaging, where James had been CFO.
James is a graduate of the University of Manchester, a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW).
