To access the Self-Service Portal, Myriad offers either traditional USSD browsing solutions or provides feature phones users with an enhanced user experience with MAX (Mobile Application eXplorer platform). The Self-Service Portal automatically detects the handsets capabilities and either provides the MAX client to enabled handsets or USSD-based services to legacy phones.
