Myriad Nominates a New Independent Board Member for Election at the Annual General Meeting 2017

Zurich, Switzerland – 17 May 2017:  Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), today announced that it will propose Mr Michel Tombroff, CEO of Jack Media, as a new non-executive member of Myriad’s Board of Directors, subject to election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 24 May 2017.

Michel Tombroff curriculum vitae:

Mr Tombroff has 27 years experience in startup, pre-IPO and public companies in Silicon Valley, Paris, London and Brussels. He has been appointed CEO of Jack Media, the mobile messaging and social media app designed to rediscover the pleasure of waiting, since February 2016, after 8 years tenure as CEO of Softkinetic Systems, the leading 3D vision and gesture recognition technologies company acquired by Sony Corporation in 2015. Prior to Softkinetic, Mr Tombroff spent 8 years with Palo Alto-based enterprise integration pioneer TIBCO Software in business development and sales executive roles. He started his career with Paris-based Chorus Systems, the embedded operating system company acquired by Sun Microsystems in 1996.

Mr Tombroff is a Belgian national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and a Master of Sciences in Computer Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
