Myriad Group Announces Two Additions to its Executive Team

DUEBENDORF-ZURICH, Switzerland – 01 September 2010 – Myriad Group AG (SIX: MYRN) today announced two additions to its Executive Team.

Michael Brady will join the company in September 2010 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Services Division.

Gary Bunney will join the company in September 2010 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Operations for the Device Solutions Division.

Both roles will report into Simon Wilkinson, CEO of Myriad Group AG.

Michael is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in the mobile and IT sectors. Prior to joining Myriad Group, Michael was CEO of Cibenix, successfully driving a business at the forefront of delivering mobile Internet solutions into Tier 1 wireless operators. Previously, Michael held senior management roles with Anam and Siemens. Michael holds a degree from University College Dublin.

Gary Bunney
Citizenship: British

Gary Bunney has 30 years experience in IT. Prior to joining Myriad Group, Gary was COO of Intec Telecoms PLC, a leading provider of software solutions to the telecoms industry, where Gary was responsible for managing their product portfolio, research & development and global service delivery. Previously, Gary was MD of Fujitsu/ICL Telecoms Software Division. Gary holds a degree from York University.
