Change in the Executive Management of Myriad Group AG

ZURICH, Switzerland – 13 May 2011 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) announces the departure of two executives from the company’s senior management team. Steve Langkamp, Chief Commercial Officer and Malcolm Dawe, Chief Product Officer left the business to pursue new opportunities.

Other members of the current senior management team will undertake the duties of the departing executives.
