Change in the Executive Management of Myriad Group

ZURICH, Switzerland – 19 August 2011 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), a global leader in mobile technology having shipped over 3.8 billion software applications on more than 2.2 billion phones, today announced the departure of Benoit Schillings, Myriad’s Chief Technology Officer, from the company’s senior management team.

Simon Wilkinson, CEO of Myriad Group commented: “The whole business thanks Benoit for his energy, drive, and his overall contribution to Myriad. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours”. Going forward, other members of the current senior management team will undertake the duties of the CTO office.
