Future Change in the Board of Directors of Myriad Group AG

Hans-Ulrich Müller will not stand for re-election at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting in May 2011.

DUEBENDORF-ZURICH, Switzerland – 12 January 2011 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), a global leader in mobile technology having shipped over 3.7 billion software applications on more than 2.2 billion phones, announced today that Hans-Ulrich Müller informed the Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting in May 2011.

Hans-Ulrich Müller has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1999 (acting as Vice-Chairman of the Board since 2001) and represented the interests of Partners Group Holding AG and its funds, which were one of Myriad’s large Capital Venture investors. As Partners Group reduced its holdings in Myriad Group AG to below 5% (disclosure notice by shareholder published on January 12, 2011), Hans-Ulrich Müller decided that he won’t stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting in May 2011, when his current term of office will expire.

The Board of Directors and the Senior Management would like to thank Hans-Ulrich Müller for his long-standing services, strong commitment and contributions to Myriad Group AG and wish him all the best and every success for the future.
